Witch Winnie stood by the window and trembled while looking out. Her garden is covered with snow. Her pond is thick with ice. Under the eaves hanging from the tip of the icicle. "I'm sick of winter!" Said Winnie. Wilbur drilled from the cat's hole. His feet are wet and the beard is frozen. Weber is also tired of winter. Suddenly, Winnie came up with a good idea. The flowers return to the earth and wait for the spring. Winnie and Wilbur returned to the room. Winnie gave himself a cup of hot cocoa and baked a little muffin. Wilbur drank a plate of hot milk. Then, Winnie climbed into bed. Weber shrank at the foot of the bed. "It 's so warm and comfortable," said Winnie, "the winter is lovely.
